Launched in the UK last week in celebration of Diwali, Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin will be exclusively available through The Whisky Exchange before rolling out to other retailers across the country ahead of Christmas.

Of the 11 botanicals used to create the gin, seven come from India, including coriander and vetiver from the north of the country, orange peel from the central region, cubeb pepper berries and lemon grass from the south, Darjeeling green tea leaves from the east and lemon peel from the west.

"We're delighted to be launching our first Indian craft gin and are excited about the heritage behind the brand as well as the Indian craftsmanship our master distiller uses to distil our new gin," said Sanjeev Banga, president of international business at Radico Khaitan.
